Aosta Chef Ben Bayly
Little Aosta is led by award-winning chef Ben Bayly, one of New Zealand’s most recognised culinary talents. Known for acclaimed restaurants such as Ahi in Auckland and Aosta in Arrowtown, Ben brings the same dedication to craft and flavour into a more relaxed, family-friendly setting at Little Aosta.
His love of Italian cooking was born in the alpine kitchens of Italy’s Valle D’Aosta, and here it comes to life in handmade pastas, woodfired pizzas, and rustic dishes made to share, blending Italian tradition with the flavours of home.
